Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies with the Stand Mixer

Ingredientes

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Attach the chrome beaters to your Stand Mixer and set it to medium speed.
In the 3.5 Lt. stainless steel bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop dough onto the sheet, spacing each cookie about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
