Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream with the Ice-Cream Maker

½ cup heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
Pre-chill the Stainless Steel Bowl of your Ice-Cream Maker in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the mixture into the Ice-Cream Maker and turn it on.
Let it churn for 15-20 minutes until the ice cream thickens to a soft-serve consistency.
For a firmer texture, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours.
Scoop and enjoy your creamy homemade vanilla ice cream!
